Church of the Small Things, Led by Sam Nesbitt

Starting September 12th at 6:30 PM, we will be going through "Church of the Small Things".  In this six-session study guide, author and popular blogger Melanie Shankle celebrates the beauty of the many small things in life that add up to make a big difference, and teach us all to savor what truly matters.  Join Sam as she leads us through this amazing study!  Books are $10.00.  You can sign up by clicking HERE!.  This will allow us to order enough books for the first night of class for those attending.

Sunday Morning Bible Studies

Visions:

Visions is a bible study group led by Joe Finnerty.  Join us for an in depth study of the book of Joshua.  Joshua holds the story of Israel from the conquest of Canaan to the Babylonian exile. It tells of the campaigns of the Israelites in central, southern and northern Canaan, the destruction of their enemies, and the division of the land among the Twelve Tribes.  Join us as we travel through their journey together at 9:30am in the Fellowship Hall.

 

Evergreen:

Is a class focused on a quarterly study guide and led by Dr. Morris Weigelt and Laura Vickery. This quarter the Evergreen class is focusing on the following: September - God Blesses the Oppressed * God Calls a Leader * God Makes a Way * A Covenant Community * God's Plan for His People * October - God Continues with Us * God's Call to Holy Living * God Responds to Rebellion * Celebrating God's Care *  November - God's Ongoing Promise * God Calls a New Leader * God Grants Victory * Recommitting to the Call *

Young Adults:

Girl Connections!

Ladies Join us for fun and fellowship once a month as we share our trials and triumphs and encourage each other through acts of kindness and friendship.  

Monday, September 17th at 6:30PM in the Fellowship Hall at MFCN.  Join us as we learn the Art of Hospitality.  We will be learning how to make fun napkin displays, share ice breaker ideas and recipies! Check the Welcome Center for sign up and details!

 

Life Groups:

Life groups focus on various areas of study.  These groups are designed to help our church body lift each other up in prayer and bond as they grow closer to God and others.  If you are would like to join a small group, please contact Pastor Lyn and get "Connected".

L.A.U.G.H. Bible Study:

Friday mornings again offer an opportunity to study God's Word with the ladies of L.A.U.G.H. Beginning in September on Fridays from 9:30am to 11:00am in the Fellowship Hall, all ladies are invited to join. 

Men's Tool Time!

Second Saturday of every month at 8:00 AM starting in September is Tool Time at Mason First!  Men bring your buddies and an empty belly!  We serve a breakfast that will break your hunger for more than just food, but for laughter and fellowship in the word.
